Women of Precinct 5, learn how to protect yourselves! Registration is now open for Constable Ted Heap’s next RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) class which begins next week in Cypress.

 

The four-night session will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at the Richard and Meg Weekley Community Center, 8440 Greenhouse Rd.

These classes teach awareness and self-defense techniques in an active hands-on classroom environment. They are free and open to women of all ages.
